Andy Dosty wins Best Male Radio Personality at the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA
At the 2023 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA, Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM host Andy Dosty won the Best Male Radio Personality award.
On July 1, 2023, the much awaited Ghana Entertainment Awards USA (#GEAUSA23) were held in New York City’s illustrious Merking Hall, Kaufman Music Center.
The annual awards ceremony, which honors Ghana’s, Africa’s, and the Diaspora’s hardest-working performers, is now in its fifth year.
The gathering included well-known Ghanaian artists as well as members of the African diaspora.
Andy Dosty won the coveted prize over competitors including Okyeame Quophi (Angel FM), Nana Romeo (Accra FM), NY DJ (YFM), DJ Slim (ABN), Hammer Nti (ABN), and Fiifi Pratt (Kingdom FM).
Disc jockey and radio host Andy Dosty, real name Andrew Amoh, works for Multimedia Group Limited in Ghana. He began hosting Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM in 2017.
He was awarded Radio Personality of the Year at the 2019 National Communications Awards.
Andy Dosty is well recognized for his passion for the entertainment business and is close friends with practically all of the influential people there. His interviewing abilities are unmatched. He is a fantastic DJ with a distinctive musical sense.
Daybreak Hitz, one of his shows, also won Best Entertainment Radio Show at the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA this year, demonstrating his success in practically everything he attempts.
